RealPlayer Software

I have a Palm Tungsten E2 handheld that has the RealPlayer for Palm software loaded. I'm trying to transfer music from RealPlayer on my PC to the RealPlayer on my handheld via synchronization. However, I can't seem to get the handheld recognized as a device on the RealPlayer program on my PC. It was recognized at one time, until the updated RealPlayer program was downloaded onto my PC.

I've also tried downloading songs from my PC to a memory card, and opening up the memory card on my Palm PDA to play the songs. However, my handheld is not recognizing the songs on the memory card.

What can I do to get my handheld recognized on my PC RealPlayer and download songs via synchronization? And why doesn't my Palm PDA recognize the songs on the memory card when they were recorded from a RealPlayer program on the PC? Thanks for any input.
