Do they make video transmitters for the old handheld TVs?

I have a portable handheld TV that used to receive wireless video, but stopped working ever since the signal change last month. Do they make video transmitters that I can plug into a VCR or a computer so that I can still use the TV (at least as long as I'm in range of the transmitter)?
