How do I reset my iBook to factory settings without a disk?
I want to sell my iBook clamshell, but I can't figure out how to reset all the settings. The cd player is broken, so putting in the os X disk isn't gonna work. Any help?

Mac OS X 10.6 Beats Windows 7 in Amazon Pre-Orders
The newest notebook, more of a coffee provisions book, is a HP zd7020. It only has 512MB of RAM which limits what OS I can install, I reckon I could install more but have never considered it. The other one is some antique that I have tucked away somewhere. Both were inherited from my paterfamilias after he passed away, he was a realtor and could only access those websites with Windows.
The HP is mostly tolerant of when I absolutely need to visit some web site that won’t let a Mac browser in. My old lady is currently taking an online college course that requires she use the Windows form of Office 2007 so she has a demo version of that installed.
Either getting a new PC or upgrading the HP to run Windows 7 is not on the front burner. I would rather get a new MacBook Pro, I am using a G3 iBook contest Tiger, the wife has a G4 iBook running Leopard. This autumn the bride will take some classes on campus and is seriously thinking about a MacBook Air because it would be less albatross to schlep. She is eligible for the education discount at the Apple Department store.
