How to set up a wifi connection for PowerMac G5?

Hello. I just don't know how to tackle this: I have a PowerMac G5 running on Tiger and I use AT&T DSL service. Now I have an iBook G4, which has a wifi connection. I want this iBook to be able to get on the Internet anywhere possible. What needs to be done to accomplish this? Please give detailed instructions. Thank you very much!

You will need to buy a wireless router. Once you have the router connect it to your modem and PC to setup your network.

Connect the ethernet/internet cable from your modem to the WAN port on your router (its the only one with a different symbol above it the others are LAN ports).

Next use another ethernet cable to connect your PC to the LAN port on the router. Now log into the router to set it up. (See users manual how to log in depends on which router you buy.)

Once logged in you have to setup the internet connection. Use DHCP if you have a cable connection and use PPPoE if you have a DSL connection. If you use DSL you have to enter the info that was given to you by your internet provider.

Next you have to setup your wireless network.
Give your wireless network a name (also known as SSID) , network password, set security/encryption to WPA or WPA2. Set channel to Auto. Turn off any MAC address filtering, Turn off any port forwarding. Save and exit. The password keeps others from using you internet for free and keeps your info safe from identity theft.
Disconnect the ethernet cable from your laptop. Turn on your Wi-Fi card. Click on the network icon on the bottom right of the task menu on your screen. Select your network. You may be prompted to enter the network password to access your network.

The Foxconn Suicides

Now this is a case I've been tiptoeing around for a while now, not entirely sure what to do with it: the suicides at Chinese electronics fabricator Foxconn . Instead of acting all morally smug and upper-level from my comfortable rural home in one of the richest countries in the magic, I want to talk about two things journalists and bloggers should exceedingly stop focusing on when writing about this story: Apple, and the suicides. Hold-up, what?

I'm sure most of you are aware of the stories in the press regarding Foxconn, the sphere's largest electronics manufacturer, which produces, among other things, parts for a moment ago about every large electronics brand you can think of - from Apple to Dell, from HP to Nintendo. Alone, I own a whole boatload of devices which are (mostly) made by Foxconn: three motherboards (my desktop, bedroom HTPC, and PowerMac G4) and my Xbox 360.

In late-model months, the press and blogs have focussed quite a lot on the suicides circumstance at Foxconn; this year, 10 Foxconn employees have committed suicide. Many criticize possible inhumane working conditions at Foxconn, but an secret reporter inside the factory concluded that conditions aren't as bad as anyone expected - in occurrence, it's better than most other places. The problem, according to the inside cameraman, is that young people come to work here hoping to after all start their own business or go to college, but most never realise that dream.
